During the conversation please provide all the necessary information needed for performing the service:

SENDER

  • Name and last name / Company name
  • precise address from where the parcel will be picked up
  • telephone number ,
  • planned day of sending,
  • NIP (Tax ID, required to issue a VAT invoice for companies)
  • possible date and hours of collecting the parcel,
  • Size and weight of the parcel .

RECIPIENT

  • Name and last name / Company name,
  • precise destination address,
  • second, alternative destination address (optional)  ,
  • phone number .

2. Information on when the parcel will be picked up and how much it will cost.

After setting a pickup schedule our employee will inform you by telephone when the parcel will be collected from you. At this point, you will be also given the expected price of the service.


3. Taking the parcel from the sender.

On the previously arranged day our staff will contact you to in order to pick up the parcel. Our employees, together with you, will fill out all the relevant documents and leave an individually assigned ID number of the shipment. It will serve as a primary identifier in communication between the sender and Comfort Bus on establishing the history of the shipment.

Our employee also collects the fee for the delivery service and issues appropriate settlement documents. If you a VAT invoice, please let us know at the time of ordering.

4. Transporting the parcel to its destination.

Received parcels are transported directly to our distribution points in Poland, England, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium, where the sorting facilities forward them for direct delivery.


5. Delivering the parcel to the indicated address .

On the day of delivery our courier contacts the recipient to determine the exact address and time of receipt. Then, during the delivery the recipient signs the pick-up documents, acknowledging the receipt. .


6. A text message confirming that the parcel has been delivered .

The last element of the delivery process is a text message sent to the sender of the parcel. It confirms the status of the parcel after it has been delivered.
